Delivery information

Deliveries are available to the following areas: France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Greece, Poland, United States, United Kingdom.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail for each order placed, followed by a second e-mail containing the shipping information and tracking number.
The choice of carrier, as well as the cost of delivery, depends on the weight, volume, destination and value of the order.

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time: 9 to 13 working days (Monday to Friday).
The total delivery time for your order is between 10 and 15 working days (Monday to Friday).
Note: some orders containing several items may be shipped separately, depending on product availability.

Delivery is free on all orders.
